We enjoy developing and facilitating customized trainings. Our team has trained at national and international conferences and have developed trainings for various nonprofit and government entities. We have also created and led regional conferences.

Our team of consultants specialize in organizational change. We provide training, coaching, consulting, and capacity building to support organizations and empower advocates to shift their agency culture over time.

We co-create our research projects from beginning to end with the communities we serve and in their preferred languages, and we advise organizations on how to design project with the same equitable and inclusive approach. Some of our current and past research projects include:

Supportive Spaces.
We design and facilitate supportive spaces for organizations navigating vicarious trauma, harm repair, crisis, tragedies, and/or loss due to trauma-related work. Some of our current and past projects include:
Vicarious Trauma: Supporting staff experiencing vicarious trauma and co-creating organizational recommendations for change
Harm Repair: Conducting listening sessions to develop a plan for organizational harm repair, including addressing oppression in the workplace utilizing a restorative justice approach
Crisis Management: Co-creating and facilitating supportive spaces for team members during organizational crises and tragedies including suicide and/or homicide of colleagues or clients, strikes, and more
Collective Wellness: Facilitation of holistic, collective wellness workshops with teams including but not limited to processing groups, poetry, art, African dance, music, and trauma-sensitive yoga for healing
